I will never buy tires here again. I have spent well over a thousand dollars per year at this shop. My wife needed two tires for her horse trailer. She received a quote over the phone, and we took her trailer there the following day to have them installed. When we arrived, the guy at the counter asked what our quote was before we left, he WROTE IT DOWN, beside my phone number which he also had in his directory. When we returned to pick up our trailer (they said theyd call when it was ready - they didnt. We just showed up well after enough time had passed and happened to be finished) we found that the actual price was nearly $100 more than originally quoted. Nobody was interested in accepting blame. We were given a quote via phone. We confirmed that quote with the counter employee when we dropped off the trailer. Nobody called to tell us that the quote was significantly below the actual price. They were not interested in rectifying this issue other than to re-install the old tires. Ultimately, we paid and left, but thats the last time I let them usurp from my pockets. Very, very poor communication, and no interest in doing whats right for the customer. I'll be going to Discount Tire Store on HWY 378 from now on. Good riddance.
