Scott Eckard was excellent to work with. Smart, suggested creative solutions, and a delight to have around.
Scott also went to bat for me with Tahoe-Donner planning board to gain a variance, which would yield him a smaller job, but would benefit me greatly. He was successful.
I have already recommended him to a friend; he got the job, and they are happy.
Please note my 4 stars for price for value. As I've only had one roof repair, I have no comparison, except one other bid was within 5%, so his seemed on par (average?) and the job was excellent, but have no comparisons.
