Went here a few years back and the staff was not that accommodating. One of the staff members were even rude to my 4 year old. I hesitated going back for a few years. Went back today because my cousin wanted to go there and it was very crowded. The zipline was taking too long because how poorly it was being managed. There was not enough staff attending it. It was supposed to be a one hour and 45 min session and they closed it down about 5 mins earlier due to "their" clocks. Meanwhile little children had been waiting for about 15 mins to get on the zipline and they just closed the line without notice and kids were disappointed and started to cry. Went to speak to the so called manager Devin and he had no solution for the issue and his response was "Well did your child get to go at least once?". I couldn't believe that a manger would even have that response. The staff here are young and don't have enough managerial skills to make better customer related decisions. There are many other places you can go to in Long Island. I highly recommend Long Island Laser Bounce where their customer service is much better and they have more to offer. Pump it up is nearby and they have a better staff and have many discounted jump days. This place won't be getting my money any more.
