Just had a birthday party there. The place itself is amazing. I'm underwhelmed by the staff. First, one of the girls that was at the top of one of the slides was SLEEPING! Nodding off! Which is ridiculous. Once the kids moved in to eat pizza, the girls weren't very attentive. My husband heard them mumble to each other when one of my guests called out that there was a spill "that spill # 4". The kids were waiting for more drink but the girls weren't even checking on them. I kept having to ask them for things. Adult drinks weren't replenished until I asked.

The most upsetting, is that I paid $35 for a 20 min video of the party.... and the video is TERRIBLE! The girl (s?) that filmed it walked the whole time making the video is so shaky it's hard to watch! Then it ended the SECOND she blew out the candles. It wasn't worth a dime. Complete waste of money. So upsetting because it could've been awesome.

I would go there again, but armed with my issues from this party! $@!#% of a lot of money to spend on a party and not have the staff to be seamless.

At the end of the day, great place, staff isn't professional enough.
