I have no complaints with Overhead Door Company of Atlanta. Everything they have done for me is great. The service technicians are wonderful. The usual service I receive from Randy is excellent. He really helps me out. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's familiar with my model and can always resolve any issues. A week or so ago, another technician they sent was not familiar with my model, so I had to call them again to reschedule a servicing. I think my build is just new, and that's why he had some issues working on it. Other than this, I love this company, I love their product, and I love how they installed everything. They do neat and good work. I think they are better than any of the other companies that offer similar service.
