The staff at Ascent Audiology & Hearing took the time to explain things, and that's what I like. They really got into it with me, as far as what they were going to do and what it would do for me. I was very satisfied with how they explained things. A lot of times you go to people and they want to sell you something and don't explain anything. They took the time and didn't rush me, and it was fine--I really appreciated that.

I got two Starkey hearing aids and they are working fine. The follow-up appointments are good. I just went there last week and if there's any problem, I just call and they let me come in. They take the time to do what they have to do and make adjustments. There are no problems. The doctor went over some things with me and tried to make me more comfortable, in terms of making adjustments. I enjoyed it because it was really nice.

Bill, the receptionist there, is also pretty good and very nice and courteous; he makes me feel comfortable when I make appointments. When I go for appointments, they have coffee there and he talks with me. And, I didn't have to wait for long periods of time. That was great.
