I paid $245 to get the sewer line/drainage clean up when I thought the price should Be $95 as listed and said over the phone, the worse part is that the guy (Mason) told me he was not using a large size snake and it might not work , so I’m fact it didn’t. Even though nothing was performed they still charged me $245 for an undone job that lasted about 30 minutes. Next day a guy (Hudson) came with a camera , that was another $295 and was told I needed a sewer line repair for $6,800. I got a second opinion the very next day and all It needed was a bigger snake to clean and break the roots that was causing the blockage, I also had a second opinion and had a guy bring a much higher quality camera where I could see clearly that there was not broken pipes it all neither major issues. By the way I paid $100 to get a nice camera that can even see small cracks and any roots in the line when Hudson camera was nothing but blurry and dark. Hudson spent about 10 minutes the most if not less , when my new guy was there for 45 minutes explaining and making sure nothing major was inside the sewer lines. You can simply tell when someone is trying to scam you. Very disappointing also and very sad 😔 People please be aware and always always get a second opinion. Do not ever go for the first opinion. I lost $540 for absolutely nothing . Extremely upsetting. I paid mason 245$ for coming to tell me he was not using a large size snake instead of being honest and tell me it won’t simply work.
