DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I mistakenly used Rooter Town in 2020 because I had a tub that was filling up after I ran the wash. Turns out it was an 8ft section that needed to be replaced to the main. They completely TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AS A FEMALE who had no idea that they were overcharging the heck out of me!!! $6300 for 8 ft. They seemed so sweet and nice that I couldn't imagine how bad they were taking advantage of me. The only way I knew it was so bad was because a different company just happen to be replacing the sewer lines almost directly across the street at the same time. Those found out how much I was being charged and kindly came over after hours to inform me how this job was SEVERAL THOUSAND more than any respectable company would charge. The other thing that really sealed the deal on how bad these guy took advantage of me was having one of the VERY GUYS DOING THE WORK texted me after the first day to tell me how bad his own company was screwing me over. Need I say more!?! Man did I learn a lesson the hard way.
