I had a mystery run on in a fairly new toilet. I was amazed to find when called on a Saturday that they'd come Sunday and with no trip charge. We changed the date, and Logan came out. He was quite nice and spent a lot of time waiting for the problemto manifest foundit to be a bit of a head scratcher, but eventually fixed it. He didn't even charge me!!! Swell guy, and persistent.
