My dogs were extremely filthy when I picked them up.which begs the question, why did they not offer to bathe them? I would have paid for it. Upon getting home one of my dogs was terrified to jump out of the car. When i got a better look at his paws they looked like large blisters that popped and turned into open wounds on 3 of his paws. The skin is flopping off his pads for f... sakes. He won't let me touch him and is acting extremely sad and unwell. Anyone who knows dogs would see that he's in a lot of pain. Why did the staff of this place not see that?! Your job is to be a caretaker of animals and notice these things but for whatever reason this place failed hardcore at recognizing a probIem that could have been corrected. I am taking him to the vet now. I've boarded my dogs many times at all kinds of places. Never have they come home wounded and sick. This place sucks. Thanks for the extra vetbill with your sh$t care and service. I should have went with my gut feeling when the staff was sloppy at check in and unfriendly. Instead of a resort and spa, this place looks like a crack den for dogs. Worst
