I feel like All American Van Lines, Inc didn't ask me enough questions upfront or I was unclear about what they were asking. I hired them based on the quote they gave, but when they got to my place there was more stuff than they expected and they charged me a lot more. I'd like to think that if they knew the full scope of the move ahead of time they would have quoted me a fair price. But once they showed up for the move, I felt like I didn't have a choice other than to pay extra. It was a little bit upset about how much more it cost. I probably wouldn't use All American Van Lines, Inc again.
