The leader of the crew that arrived for All American Van Lines, Inc. was perfectly fine. Himself and another worker that was under him was very good. Because of those two crew members, I will give them a five-star rating for service. There was one other crew member who was useless and careless.

The first thing he did when they arrived was come up to me and make sure that we were going to tip these guys. That was the first impression of this third guy. Then he proceeded to move furniture dragging it across my hardwood floors and banging things against the wall. He was very careless and clumsy with everything that he did. I am not sure if he was a permanent worker or if he was someone who was just standby for this company, but he certainly did not take the care and consideration that the crew leader and the other mover took.

This is a hard review because I do not want to get the two crew members that did a good job be hindered by the one that didn't. The crew leader realized that he had a problem with this one mover, so it is not like this should be a surprise. We did have some damage that we did not even pursue as a result of this one person, we decided to just let it go. I think it is worth mentioning that this was the exact same crew that moved us out of our old house and into the one we are in now. As a result of this one person, I would not use them again, ever!
