Not happy at all!

I want to forget all about All American Van Lines, Inc. I'm not happy with them at all. They tore up all my stuff and dropped all my liquor bottles. You can forget about All American Van Lines, Inc.

We are sorry you are unhappy with our service . We try very very hard and are known to be one of the best moving firms in the Tristate area.
Your move was based on an hourly rate, something that was clearly explained to you both on the phone and in a clear email sent to you. sometimes moves do take more than estimated do to more items, not being ready and packed ,and extra inventory. To claim that your movers were inexperienced is plainly not true. Canceling your credit card and getting a free move is mot right and not the way to resolve an issue with a reputable firm that been in business for 27 years. now that that did not work please contact us. we do not want you or anyone else to be unhappy with us.
