I used them for a move to nj from ny and i still have nightmares. They subcontract or hire people from the street to pack and move you. The bill they gave us was thousands higher than the estimate and they hold your furniture for ransom until you pay. I had furniture broken and missing and i had to file a police report. Once i unpacked i realized that they had used more packing material and boxes than needed. One entire large box had like 3 dishes packed with entire roll of packing material. That was how we ended up getting charged so much extra in packing materials. And they tried to make it seem like we had hidden our luggage originally or added more right before the move. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOY USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.
