This is my second time using Highway Flooring, and I would recommend their services to anyone who is interested in getting professional and quality installation service at a reasonable price. The owner Mr. Ray Yu is professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about flooring options. He was very responsive to my questions about all aspects of the flooring choices and installation costs.
He accommodated my schedule for the staircase and flooring installation, and he estimated the project would take about 3 days, and the project did end right on time.
His team of workers -there were 2 installers- showed up on time each day and made sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each work day. The final cleanup was also very nicely done as well. Furthermore, Mr. Yu and his team also helped to make some touchups to the staircase that they did not have to do, but they did it for me anyway, at no extra cost.
I strongly suggest that anyone who is thinking of having their floors replaced or staircase redone, to call Highway Flooring asap. I know I will call them next time with my flooring needs down the road.
