I am a first time home owner and the seller called Gold Key for some repairs prior to closing. I called for assistance after seeing a new stain on the ceiling in the garage. Shawn came out and checked the roof thoroughly and didn’t find any damage. He did some caulking in the area and suggested I monitor the stain to see if it grows. So far all is ok!
