This is my second time using Gold Key Roofing. They will continue to be my go to roofing company. They replaced the roof on my previous home before we sold it and did an excellent job. So when we bought a house that needed a new roof we knew exactly who to call. Their team did an excellent job on the installation which took just over 2 days. Their team was professional and respectful of my home and needs throughout the process. What I appreciate most is that they own their mistakes. Their office got a little behind on closing out the permit on the second job. They responded promptly to my questions about it and rectified the situation quickly. Things happen on a project. What I care about is how they are handled. Gold Key Handled them with grace and professionalism. I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs and will refer them to anyone who asks.
