Bought our home in Sanford, Florida Feb. 2020, the roof was replaced by previous owners contracting thru Gold Key Roofing in late 2018, last weeks rain storm revealed a leak around the vent pipes (2). Sometimes things happen and in most cases it is how you fix the problem and react that matters.
I was impressed and very pleased with Gold Key, 1 call and the roofer was out here the next day fixing the issue. There was some water staining on the ceiling area which I thought I was going to have to paint, but nope, the next day I get a call the painter will be coming to take care of that as well.

Like I said sometimes it is how a company reacts to the quality of their work and standing behind their product turning a not so good situation into a much better one.
