Wow - what can I say, Gold Key Roofing went well above & beyond the call of duty for me! As a longtime Orlando resident, I've had my fair share of roofing issues with past properties. I typically do my homework getting multiple quotes from various vendors before deciding who to go with. This time was different. Based on a referral from a radio show I listen to, I reached out to Gold Key after hearing such positive reviews. Not only did they come out & rectify the issue, they showed me multiple pictures of my roof & gave me valuable insight as to how to properly maintain my roof going forward. Instead of charging me for these minor repairs, they said "Don't worry about it. We're here to inform & educate. When the time comes that you have a severe issue or need to replace your roof completely, we want to be your company." This level of customer service & honesty was beyond refreshing. Gold Key has made a believer out of me & you can bet your bottom dollar they're going to be my roofing company going forward!
