Our experience with Gold Key was amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Trevor was specifically helpful in navigating the process with our insurance company. He personally got up on the roof and walked it with the adjuster to help him see why the entire roof needed to be replaced and not just patched. In the office, Jessica was very helpful working with our HOA to get necessary approvals for the job and keeping us informed on scheduling and permitting. Gold Key is family owned and you can tell. The owner, Jeff, is a man of the highest integrity and is all about doing what is right. He gets the job done and backs up his words with actions.
