I had initial 2 repairs for the same leak from Gold Key. When the leak appeared again (after warranty period), Shawn stepped in and resolved the issue right away without charging me anything extra. They came out and put tarp on the roof and then scheduled roofers to come out and rectify the situation. The crew that came out was very professional and was able to find and fix the leak.
