Trevor was extremely helpful in guiding me throught the claim process witht he insurance company and their adjusters. I am sure I would not have been able to hold the insurance company accountable if he (Trevor) had not personally gone up on the rooof and made the case with the adjuster. Jim and Trevor are both very committed to helping the customer get to the best solution for their particular issue.
I would recommend Gold Key Roofing to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof. They are knowledgable and very responsive. I called on a Friday late afternoon because I had a roof leak. They mobilized resources that day to get the leak stopped and had a crew out to do a longer term repair the next day in the daylight.
They then helped me work with my homeowners insurance company to file a claim and work through the claim and roof replacement process. They are very experienced and made the entire process easy and effective.
