Gary took the time to explain the situation and concerns with our existing air condition/heating system. He then went on to provide us with the benefits of how the trane air condition /heating system will I correct and eliminate the problems we had discovered with our existing equipment. Gary and the installers were prompt for their appointments. The day of installation they arrived early and completed the job early. They were all very professional and courteous. They went over small details with me that will ensure I utilize our system to the fullest. Gary completeld all the paperwork ahead of time.
