We just purchased our home and immediately noticed we had an issue. I called Climate Magic and they explained with the cold snap they were extremely busy but promised they would work to send out a technician first thing in the morning. They called me back to let me know what was planned and called me the morning of to let me know they were on their way and the name of the technician to expect. The staff is very knowledgeable and very courteous. The technician found the unit was not wired correctly and took care of the issue. Now our family is comfortable and enjoying our new home. To add some background of our story, a different company, not Climate Magic, inspected and serviced the unit on Monday and we closed on Friday before we moved in and the other company stated the unit was satisfactory and working properly, but obviously there were issues since the house was not able to heat up all weekend. Thanks to Climate Magic they found and corrected the wiring the other company missed and now it is connected correctly and fixed allowing our home to be warm.
