I would give them zero stars if I could based on our move from Texas to New York. Lied from the moment the first person came to provide an estimate. Wasn't clear about how they move your items from your house to a storage unit and then to a truck so the timing was way longer than they said it would be. Showed up 4 hours late so we missed our daughter's graduation from culinary school. Didn't tell us they added a massive fee to credit cards. When they arrived, driver couldn't accept a credit card for the remaining balance and wouldn't unload until it was paid. Guy, the owner, called me and my husband every five minutes screaming about payment and threatening to leave with our stuff even though it was his fault that they couldn't accept a credit card!! Once we figured out payment through Zelle, only two men were there to unload so it took forever and they didn't unwrap or put together anything! Left us with a massive mess of boxes, moving blankets and trash. Had many items broken but thankfully nothing of big sentimental value or expense because I never want to talk to Guy again in my life.

Three months later, I am receiving monthly invoices from Green Van Lines for storage fees that I don't owe but cannot get anyone from the company to reply to my emails.

Absolutely awful company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR A MOVE. You will regret it if you do.
