Professional for the most part. Prepared, smart working, hard working crews, both days.
The ONLY negative is that perhaps my washing machine wasn't blanketed or protected in some way in the truck or in moving it. There are several huge, deep scratches on the bottom of the front of the washing machine in the enamel that were definately not there before they moved the washing machine. I will have to have it painted so it will not rust. Other than that, most of the experience went fairly smoothly.
