There are some people who will do their job and others who work according to the price of the job. On 6/14/18 Robert Bysina took an assignment to replace a floor. Upon moving some furniture around, he noticed a smell from the stove pilot light. Robert informed me the smell was not normal and instructed me on what to do and how to handle it. You should know. i had the situation for quite a while. I did not know I was at risk. The appropriate service was called to replace the gas valve and attach a flex line to the range. The service for this type of procedure was 20 plus years old. If i did not request the service to replace the floor. I may not have been around to share my story.
I have learned from this experience that there is a difference between the repairman who works according to the price of the job, neighborhood and work ethic. Robert handled this situation the correct way for the ethical reason. I was not suppose to inhale leaking gas. Robert completed the job when what he knew was an emergency, had been repaired which ultimately saved my life. i had no idea I had a gas leak. The carbon monoxide detector did not set off the alarm. knowledge plus experience plus good work ethics equals Robert Bysina. Thank you.
