I contacted 4 times over 4 days prior to my move and never heard back to book the appointment. Filled out the online form. Called and left messages. Spoke with someone who told me I could only book with one person and finally 48 hours before my move I got a call back. The move itself was great but the booking process got me very worried. I was already calling other movers when I heard back.
