I have not YET booked with RCM but wish I had contacted them FIRST to avoid the 100's of emails and phone calls that I received when trying to get an on-line (nightmare) quote. Robby cut through all the other movers hidden lingo/agenda ($$$$) and was able to give me useful information that helped my clients get the best possible options for full-service moving.
