DON'T HIRE THEM YOU'LL REGRET IT!

THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING! YOU'LL REGRET IT! They crammed what should have been put in two trucks into one even standing a collectible $2300 Couch upright and was damaged in the process. Now that I'm unloading boxes things I'm finding things are broken. A newly painted wall was damaged when mover knocked something over. It's been 2 months and they still have not contacted me about damage claim. I've contacted them 8 times!

Claims are unfortunate but do happen on occasion in our industry---with our company it is actually a rare occasion. And nothing upsets a client more than a damage claim. Nothing upsets me more either. Claims are an absolute no win for all parties involved. First off, my sincerest apologies for this claim & the lack of timeliness in resolving it. The matter was ultimately resolved & the claim was actually paid in excess of what the contract stipulates that we are responsible to pay. We have since made adjustments to our claim process to ensure that customer claims are handled in a much more efficient manner. We have learned from and ultimately improved our customer service as a result of this claim.
