Christine D. Is the tenant that found you. I'm the landlord, John Payne. The work was punctual & efficient, a bit short on aesthetics what with the conduit off to the side of the pony wall. I widened the pony wall to fix that. Not fond of the ground rods and ground wire showing on the surface. Would like to see those burried a few inches. Tks JP
