I wanted to personally thank you the weekly home watches that Gardens Home Management has provided. Working with Christine has been a great experience. Her communication skills and customer service are great. She is very prompt in replying back to me with any questions, requests, and concerns. She follows up with me and makes sure the job gets done. Drew has been doing a good job on the home watches, in which he has been getting consistent pictures of all the rooms. On the last home watch he noted that some of the thermostats needed the battery replaced. I was able to jump on that and today, Kaylee was able to open the house for the AC technician to get that solved. That will not have been able to happen without the teamwork of Christian and Drew working with me to take care of that house.
