We have used Gardens Home and Chip for the last 6 years.

We are in Florida for 7 months and NJ for 5.

Chip and his staff do a great job of watching our home and producing detailed weekly reports which actually satisfy the requirements as set forth in our Fl homeowners policy for securing our home while a homeowner is away for a long period of time.

Chip’s contractors are excellent and prices are in line with what other vendors charge. Chip and his staff also work well with our vendors including our pool, AC, exterminator and landscape contractors.

With respect to securing and monitoring hurricanes Chip does a first class job.

When in Florida I would call Chip if I needed any repairs including handyman services, plumbing and electrical.
