We want to thank you for the incredible and timely work that Don Williams has completed for us over the years, and most recently. Everyone knows that Don has an incredible depth and range of technical knowledge to handle any property repair or service. But we are impressed with his kindness and concern for us as homeowners and clients of GHMS. It shows in his approach to his job. We call him the Ninja warrior craftsman. Over his years of service, Don has come to know our property well. He has fixed or rebuilt so much of it. On his visit earlier last week, we asked him to evaluate an outside problem for our landscape lighting blackouts. He gave us such a thorough analysis and staging response, that we immediately asked if he could tackle the project. The next day he installed a new GFI on our outside landscape lighting. This will now protect the inside GFI inside our house. The inside GFI was tripped for unknown reasons. We believe this will solve our landscape lighting blackouts. But we are prepared that if this does not work, then we will look at our transformer (which is relatively new). Don then suggested that he might look at our GFIs inside - thank heaven. He replaced one in the laundry that was not working - and we had been ignoring it. He also noticed one on the kitchen counter that was installed upside down. It was wired strangely and Don found it was not grounded. I realized that was why I had received a shock the two times I attempted to use that outlet. It also provides the GFI control for four other outlets on the entire counter area. We told Don we feel safer in our house because of the incredible work he has done for us - and we want you to know of our appreciation and admiration for his knowledge, talent, ability and client support and concern.
