When I left for season, I got an email from Tia letting me know that they had performed a close down inspection on my home for me to review. She recommended what she thought needed to be done without trying to sell me on things that I don't need. I appreciate her being upfront and honest with me. They took the initiative to go above and beyond and always make sure my home is taken care of.
