In that time frame our company has experienced company growth and a relocation. And each time our company evolved a copier servicing was warranted. Jon (the owner) and his service team of professionals have always taken the time to give our account that personalized TLC that was needed to remedy a problem or to answer a question. You just do not see that type of dedication and customer service these days; which is why they have our business today. The owner is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to get a job done...big or small you always feel like your account is #1. Feels rather nice to know that I can call them and our business needs will be addressed in a timely manner and with a smile.
