It has been a while now since I used Chem-Dry of Colorado, but when I did, they showed up on time, and everything looked really good when they were done. I've used them a couple of times on different properties, and when I last used them, they cleaned the bedrooms, since it was the only area of the house that had carpet. They were efficient and professional. My only issue was that, I was given a price for their service over the phone, but once they got there, since there was an elevator, they tried to change the price that was quoted. Despite this, they've done a really good job.
