Chem-Dry has consistently done an excellent job in cleaning our carpets, rugs and furniture. Their "emergency" service is quick to respond and they use natural chemicals which are important to me as I have young children/babies crawling and spending many hours directly on our floors. When I first called, the man on the phone spent more than adequate time over the phone with me answering all of my questions regarding chemicals used, methods for carpet cleaning, they gave me tips on stains and what to do for our own spills to make it possible for stains to come out when they come for carpet cleaning. All of these have worked perfectly. I appreciate the customer service and the cleaning services we have received. I believe firmly in both their methods used and the cleaners they use at Chem-Dry. I would recommend them to anyone.
