Great job, carpets look new! On time, courteous, professional. The only problem that I had was the cost that was not quoted over the phone. Sixty four dollars extra for the stairs and although not required, extra cost for some additional treatments nearly doubled my quoted price. I will use them again, I will just be more informed about the cost next time.
