The first time I used this Chem-Dry location I was really happy with how they cleaned my area rug that I brought to them. This time it took awhile to clean the rug and then it came back with the cat urine smell I sent it in with. They told me there was a miscommunication on what needed to be done and they were very gracious about redoing the rug. It came back looking new.
