Craig at Chem-Dry was PHENOMENAL. Had a flooded basement with wet carpet. Craig walked me through all costs, scenarios, and insurance situations. Turns out I didn't use Chem-Dry since I was not covered by insurance and he helped sort out how I could do it within a more drastic budget. Wonderful guy and clearly a very sound business. Next time I need carpet work, they're getting a call!
