I found Chem-Dry by chance on the web and called on Thursday. They stated they could come on Saturday - which was awesome. My son was on vacation and I wanted to surprise him with clean carpets in his apartment when he came back. The carpets were very stained thanks to my son's dog and general bachelor spills. Drew came to assess and was polite and understanding of what I needed to have done. He was able to provide me an economical price and when he was done - WOW! The carpets looked great and I was so pleased that I could give this present to my son. Drew was so professional and thorough. I was pleased with the job and will DEFINITELY use them again so we can keep the carpets clean and presentable. Thanks Drew and Chem-Dry - job well done!
