The guys were professional in demeanor, helpful, took the job seriously. Had great interactions with Kevin and Brian at the main office. We have gone with them in the past for our moves and been very happy.
They had a long drive on some treacherous roads but still made it. This time things went a little slowly, as if everybody were somehow a little sluggish, and I'm not sure why. They also took longer to reach the unloading point than I did, despite leaving fifteen-twenty minutes earlier than I did.
However, although they went over the estimated time by two hours, they only charged me for one hour over. Granted, the estimate was supposed to be conservative in the first place but the gesture is appreciated.
I asked them to remove the end frames of my daybed because I had not had the time to do it and it is unwieldy for one person. I gave them the original assembly instructions and asked them to return it to me at the end. I do not think they used said instructions because, when I returned to the old apartment, I found two bolts from the bed on the floor. The frame detaches from my bed by about two inches when I try to make the bed. I have to go and find where these bolts belong once I finish organizing the place, but in the meantime, it's the good old floor for me. The instructions were never purposefully handed back to me, but I did find them carefully placed in my desk. Thank you guys.
All in all they were kind, courteous, and very careful with all the items they moved.
