What impressed me most about Camelback Kia was that they went above and beyond to fix their mistakes. We had some communication issues at one point -- paperwork that was supposed to take minutes to complete cost me an hour and a half -- but they owned the mistake. When I told customer service what had happened, they arranged for free oil changes. They were very upfront about things. I don't expect anyone to be perfect, but the way they handled it shows what kind of company they are -- very professional.
