I would give four stars to Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. Nobody is perfect and I wouldn't want it to go to their head. They did a nice job and we didn't have any issues. We were perfectly pleased. It was a real nice rug and they did a real nice job cleaning it. Now we're good to go.
