I've used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery before. On this particular visit, they came and picked up two rugs. It took a little over a week for the cleaning. They came back really fast and look great. They did a very professional job. They were also very nice and didn't rush when they came to pick up the rugs. They were helpful about moving the rugs out from under the sofas. When they returned, they very carefully put everything back in place. It was a really great experience.
