I have used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery multiple times, and they always do a great job for me! They are nice people, and very professional and knowledgeable! The last time that I used them, they cleaned a rug for me which had a lot of stains. When they finished, it looked brand new!
