I'm pleased with their service! They always do a good job!
i've used them for 10-12 years and have always been satisfied. I started using them when I lived in Memphis, then I moved to Arkansas, and now I live in Mississippi. It has to be worth their while to make the trip here but I take my smaller rugs to them. When they tell you they're going to have it ready next week, they have it ready next week.
