We used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery once before to clean a rug for us, so when we needed to get a very-soiled area rug cleaned, we took it to them. They helped us load and unload the rugs, and we have been very pleased with them! They also let us know that this last rug would take several washes to get clean, and that they would not stop until we were satisfied!
