A radiator leaked onto our rug, so we had to have it cleaned. We called Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery, and they came out and picked up the rug, cleaned it, and then stored it until we had the room ready for them to bring it back. They did a fabulous job cleaning the rug. But beyond that there were other things that impressed me. They were undeterred by the fact that they had to move several hard-to-move pieces of furniture. They did this without any damage to anything. They also had to climb three flights of stairs to do all this, and they never complained. They were pleasant people to be around, and I had no issue with them being in my home. They also had to supply a new pad for the rug, and they made absolutely sure that the rug fit the pad properly.
